Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team at Macpower Digital Assets Edge; MDA Edge. This role plays a vital part in providing direct care to our participants in the clinic, including support with clinic overflow, day center triage, checking vital signs, performing point-of-care testing, managing and administering medications, and supporting wound care and other clinical needs in accordance with RN scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Aid with all wound care, including complex wounds, IV hydration, therapies, and additional procedures within RN scope of practice to meet evolving participant needs.
- Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants performing procedures in the clinic, as needed.
- Educate and instruct participants and family members, within RN scope of practice, as directed by the Primary Care Physician (disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, etc.).
- Record patient care delivery as planned, including any variations, as well as record observations and implement nursing measures related to impending or associated problems.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science (BSN).
- Two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- Reliable means of transportation.
