Job Title: Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse - Northwest Houston

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Northwest Houston. As a Dialysis Experienced RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with patients and their families to educate them on dialysis treatment and care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Dialysis experience required from any setting or modality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
