Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Auditor to join our team at DTE Energy. As a Staff Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute information technology audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley controls testing and other regulatory testing to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to prevent data breaches and cyber attacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems remain secure and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in information technology, information technology audit, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business operations systems, cyber security, network/database engineering, controls/risk assessments, information security and privacy, and/or regulatory compliance.
  • Formal training in continuous improvement processes.
