Position Summary:
Are you a meticulous and organized individual with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction? As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and providing outstanding guest experiences. Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence will be essential as you oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, guiding a dedicated team to maintain a pristine and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and laundry services.
  • Train, motivate, and support the housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards to promote a healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping software and systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
