Assistant Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Assistant to join our team at Russellville Park. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Provide laundry and housekeeping services as needed, promoting residents' independence.
- Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role.
- Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

- 10 days of vacation and 1 hour of sick leave earned for every 30 hours worked, plus bereavement and jury duty leave.
