About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Bluebird Hunter Lodge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, including meats, vegetables, and desserts.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food storage requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity during busy periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer
