We are currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Pharmacy Manager for our Specialty Central Fill operations. This role will focus on overseeing the Prior Authorization and Specialty Benefit Investigation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance for all Outpatient Pharmacy services, ensuring effective management of retail and specialty pharmacy operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor clinical and operational functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration and safety, promoting professional development and satisfaction among staff.
  • Patient Care: Maintain open communication with patients and their families, ensuring confidentiality and dignity at all times.
  • Performance Management: Analyze employee satisfaction metrics and develop actionable plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Active PA Pharmacist licensure (Required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years in Retail, Specialty, or Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, with prior management experience preferred.
