About the Job

We are seeking a Record Examination Director to join our team at SGI Global, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Record Examination Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our record examination department. You will supervise a team of data analysts and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of data analysts to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor progress and report on any issues or concerns to ensure that work meets contract and government requirements.
  • Perform technical and factual research to verify existing data records and compile case-related information from database records.
  • Design and develop systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing the completion of tasks based on FLP requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum of five years of professional work experience.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred. Four-year degree may be substituted with two years of work experience as a Records Examiner Analyst.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Retrieve and analyze data and information from multiple sources.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
