Commercial Lines Producer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, propose, and bind new business opportunities.
  • Actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.
  • Renew existing clients annually.
  • Cross-sell corporate clients with our other lines of business, including employee benefits and personal insurance policies.
  • Assist office staff in collecting required coverage information and collecting necessary deposit and renewal premiums.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills as a Risk Advisor in Commercial Lines P&C.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This role requires routine or periodic travel, which may involve driving a personal or rental vehicle. A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record report and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-20 Florida P&C license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
