Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, fostering a collaborative approach to their child's development.
  • Support the success of your center, working closely with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
