We are seeking a dedicated full-time Case Manager to join our Permanency team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in child placement.

A Typical Day as a Case Manager

In this role, you will collaborate with children and families to promote safe and nurturing home environments. Case Managers impart essential skills such as emotional regulation, fostering healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to access resources, strategize, and advocate for improvements in the quality of life for those we serve.
