About the Job

Panelmatic Inc., a renowned leader in custom electrical, instrument, and pneumatic control panels, is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Lead. This key role involves planning and executing production projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with operations to develop a high-performing project team
  • Leading projects through all stages, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans
  • Collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure projects meet defined budgets and timelines
  • Analyzing project progress and adapting scope, timelines, and costs as needed
  • Establishing processes to manage project scope throughout the lifecycle
  • Managing project data, forms, processes, procedures, digital/printed materials, and sharing with internal and external project counterparts
  • Developing partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in engineering or a related field, preferably with a bachelor's degree. Additionally, you should possess at least two years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.

Salary Information:
