Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing individualized treatment plans to address a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
