About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive rehab experience for patients.
  • Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address complex communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
  • Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
  • 3 C's (Certifications, Credentials, or Certificates).
  • Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
  • 1 year experience preferred.
