Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in the dialysis industry. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care

- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus, but not required
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
