Key Responsibilities
  • Attend mandated trainings and conference calls, maintaining fidelity with the OnTrack model of care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient response to medications and side effects, ensuring their safety and tolerability.
  • Participate in outpatient behavioral codes and de-escalation measures, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry.
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of residency training in Psychiatry from an accredited program.
  • License to practice medicine in the State of New York.
