- Prior media planning or media investment experience.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Strong people management skills and ability to manage team members for maximum productivity.
- Strong workflow management skills and ability to manage timelines and set clear expectations.
- Strong Excel skills and expertise with pivot tables and analysis of large amounts of complex data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide and develop solutions for the team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly, sufficiently detailed, concise, and timely.
