Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and help with medication management.
  • Technical Support: Assist with hemodialysis treatment setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, treatment data, and any notable events or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in patient care or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills.
