Job Summary
As a Kitchen Expediter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of orders, facilitating effective communication between the front of house and kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain consistent attendance by arriving punctually for scheduled shifts and managing shift transitions effectively.
  • Comply with sanitation and safety standards to achieve high audit scores.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding menu offerings, explaining daily specials, and addressing guest inquiries with efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate communication of orders to kitchen personnel and timely serving of complete meals.
  • Complete assigned side work in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Thoroughly follow through on end-of-shift procedures.
  • Guarantee food quality, add garnishes, and promptly relay orders to servers.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly.
  • Capable of standing and moving comfortably throughout shifts.
  • Possess physical endurance for standing, walking, lifting, stooping, and bending as required.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Show enthusiasm for ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Aptitude for handling monetary transactions accurately.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity for operating registers and serving food.
  • Successfully complete food safety training.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
