OCT Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD).

The Financial Manager will be responsible for analyzing government budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing government budgets and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making by government officials and agencies.
  • Evaluating the financial impact of government policies, programs, and initiatives to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Providing recommendations for budget allocations, resource allocation, and cost-saving measures to support fiscal responsibility and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience leading a team of financial and budget analysts, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.
