Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the warehouse, yard, and dock areas are kept clean and free of debris
  • Operate a hand pallet jack to move heavy items and equipment
  • Perform miscellaneous manual labor tasks, including cleaning and recycling
  • Operate and maintain the cement floor scrubber and box baler
  • Report to work on time and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Physical Demands

The Warehouse Operations Assistant will be required to stand for long periods, use hands to handle and feel objects, and walk frequently. The employee may occasionally be required to talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have good peripheral vision.

Work Environment

The Warehouse Operations Assistant will work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. The employee may be exposed to wet and humid conditions, as well as outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be required to work near moving mechanical parts and near toxic or caustic chemicals.
