Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select specific items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Conduct visual inspections of orders to verify accuracy in terms of quantity and size.
  • Assemble pallets with orders and position them appropriately for loading.
  • Securely wrap orders prior to loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Adhere to all relevant OSHA and Food Safety regulations.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, free from debris.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Possession of valid identification or driver's license, if applicable.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent active listening skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in cold and wet environments for prolonged durations.

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift (Sunday – Friday with Saturday off and one weekday off).
  • Start time between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
  • Weekly hours ranging from 40 to 60.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $16.00.
