Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Curaleaf is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of logistics, inventory, and fulfillment coordinators. Your primary goal will be to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of delivery drivers and warehouse personnel, including scheduling drivers, routes, warehouse hours, and delivery times.
  • Develop and implement inventory tracking systems, review levels of supplies, and order new materials as needed.
  • Train and manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Coordinate with inbound locations to ensure inbound schedules do not interfere with outbound schedules.
  • Ensure all products are received, tracked, and manifested as required.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop all warehouse personnel.
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
  • Maintain a strategic growth plan to ensure the current logistics plan is scalable and portable as demand dictates.
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
  • Understand principles of accounting and finance, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Experience with scaling operations in a high-growth environment, preferably with APICS-CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, or similar certification.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree or 10 years of logistics or supply chain experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading a daily order fulfillment and logistics team, with warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and supervision of hourly warehouse personnel.
  • WMS, Office Suite, and Excel experience desired.
