Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked.
  • Refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked.
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils from the buffet area.
  • Display impeccable time management and organizational skills to ensure a smooth breakfast service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their questions and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques.
  • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and emptying trash as needed.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
  • Ensure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
  • Food service industry experience is highly desired.
