Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Beauty Therapist to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality skincare treatments. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for performing facials, brow and lash services, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Perform facials, brow and lash services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and brow lamination.
  • Explain and recommend FACE FOUNDRI products to clients.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures to ensure Board compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Salon Manager to maintain a high level of customer service and achieve store goals.
  • Assist with in-store operational processes and ensure store standards are met.
  • Accurately follow company time-keeping procedures and attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements

  • Cosmetology/Esthetics License.
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
  • Developed communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time weekend position. Availability is required on weekends.

Education

High school or equivalent required.
