The Opportunity: We're currently seeking an exceptional RBT to join our team in beautiful Bradenton, FL. In this role, you'll have the chance to work in the clinic setting, facilitating social skills, and supporting the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Plus, you'll receive ongoing coaching and support from our experienced BCBAs and USF practicum supervisors to enhance your skills and propel your career forward. We are invested in providing opportunities for our RBTs to grow professionally.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans in school settings.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor client progress.
  • Facilitate engaging social skills groups to promote skill development and socialization.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
