About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team at St. Mark's Hospital. As a key member of our Invasive Cardiology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in the Electrophysiology Laboratory (EP) during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
- Perform and demonstrate professional knowledge to provide care for patients served in the Cath Lab department.
- Follow standard procedures and functions as part of the invasive cardiology team.
- Perform other duties related to clinical diagnostic testing and/or operational tasks as part of our teamwork environment.
Requirements
- Completion of Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist course and (RCIS) certification preferred.
- Cath Lab and/or emergency experience preferred.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification.
