About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Technician to join our team at Nacogdoches County Hospital District. As a Housekeeping Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our hospital facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in patient rooms, common areas, and other hospital facilities
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
