About the Job

We are looking for a Property Care Technician to join our team at Pratum Companies. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Drywall repairs, trim repairs, exterior doors, and other make-ready tasks.
  • Painting, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and replacing old faulty parts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in drywall/sheetrock repair and painting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to read and write English fluently.
