Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Home Chef. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all products labeled, portioned, meal bagged, and shipped from our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-the-line checks of product against recipe specifications and quality standards
  • Perform visual inspections during labeling, portioning, and meal bagging processes
  • Verify proper setup of shipping lines, including meat, meal bags, recipe cards, and box call outs
  • Communicate with production team leads and associates to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Document and escalate any quality or food safety issues to FSQA Supervisor/FSQA leadership
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working in food quality is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
