Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Medline Industries, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process validation, and process improvement. You will also be responsible for managing the development and implementation of quality standards, evaluating production processes, and recommending improvements.
You will work closely with our supplier representatives to ensure that quality problems are addressed and corrective actions are implemented. Additionally, you will provide quality expertise in product development, design control activities, risk management, and CE technical files. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
With a strong background in engineering, science, or mathematics, you will be able to apply your knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) methods to analyze data and make informed decisions. Your experience in developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision will also be valuable in this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality or Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards
