We are currently seeking a Retail Service Scheduling Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address homeowner installation inquiries and requests.
• Engage directly with homeowners, providing personalized service.
• Coordinate installation schedules with clients.
• Execute various administrative tasks related to sales and service operations.
• Manage incoming calls, assess inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for correspondence and records.
• Retrieve specific data from records and files as needed.
• Record entries in accounting books and logs.
• Perform routine typing and document preparation tasks.
• Oversee mailing, copying, and other administrative projects.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and promotional materials.
• Operate under defined supervision, following established procedures while exercising judgment when necessary.
• Participate as a member of departmental project teams and handle special requests.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
