Manufacturing Operations Specialist

The Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
Aisin Corporation seeks a skilled Production Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the manufacturing operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and driving efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reduction of unplanned downtime in mass production and new equipment installation.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage facility planning, procurement, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
