Aisin Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the reduction of unplanned downtime and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in our manufacturing processes.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled engineer to take on a leadership role and drive improvements in our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the reduction of unplanned downtime and implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues and improve relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to hazardous materials and machinery. A valid passport is required for international travel.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
