Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to a strong clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to advance research, education, and advocacy in pediatric nephrology.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and improve patient flow.
- Perform procedures such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and plasmapheresis in the practice setting.
- Provide day and night call coverage for 7 days a week, with inpatient and night call coverage usually bundled and done the same week.

Qualifications- MD or DO required; board certified/eligible in Pediatric Nephrology.
