The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing security personnel across various client sites. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to new security personnel to ensure they adapt effectively to their assigned locations.
  • Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled site evaluations to monitor and guide security officers.
  • Enforce company policies by addressing any violations by security staff.
  • Engage with site managers during routine inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Maintain daily communication with the District Manager regarding operational matters.
  • Assist security officers in resolving any on-site challenges that may arise.
  • Fill in for any shifts that become available due to unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess an active Armed DCJS certification at the time of employment.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in law enforcement or military service.
  • Availability to work weekends as required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background investigation.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
