Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to patients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct administrative consults to support specialized social services and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve treatment goals.
- Participate in in-service programs, staff orientations, and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Assist in planning and implementing programs and projects to promote positive behavioral health outcomes.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Current licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Florida.
- Experience working in correctional settings or with similar populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
