Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Lake Worth, FL. As a therapist at Ellie, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative working environment focused on career development and mutual respect.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or a related field, and be licensed to practice in the state of Florida. A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy is required. Multicultural competence and effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs
  • Provide direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc.
  • Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers
  • Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
  • Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships
  • Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
  • Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week; Part-Time clinicians available with minimum 12 client visits per week

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidates are required to have a master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
  • Multicultural competence in mental health
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
  • Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
