At Schaeffler, we're looking for a talented Co-op Engineer to join our team. As a Co-op Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering department and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be provided with a project description during the onboarding process.
  • Examples of projects include defining and documenting process parameters, supporting design efforts for product development, and quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction.
  • As a Co-op Engineer, you will be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • To be pursuing an academic degree.
  • To maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Extreme self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
  • An assertive approach to solving problems.
  • The ability to prioritize.
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift and move thirty pounds.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
