Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The CTO will lead and motivate a skilled technology team, spearhead digital transformation efforts, and collaboratively influence the technological trajectory of NCAI across various departments and with external stakeholders.

  • Assessing Technology Requirements: Identifying and analyzing technology necessities and solutions, evaluating their potential for strategic leverage and organizational impact.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Working closely with executive management, business units, clients, and partners to assess technology demands and propel technology-driven business initiatives.
  • Leadership and Culture: Providing robust leadership and direction, nurturing a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Innovation Acceleration: Driving innovation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our offerings, services, and operational processes.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivating relationships with technology vendors and partners, assessing and selecting the most appropriate solutions and services.
  • System Development Oversight: Supervising the creation and execution of scalable, resilient, reliable, and secure systems, hardware, software solutions, and infrastructure.
