Position Overview

As a Culinary Team Member, you will be integral to our kitchen operations, working closely with the Back of House Manager. Your role will involve preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes, ensuring that each plate adheres to our exceptional standards for quality and presentation. Your efficiency under pressure and dedication to culinary excellence will make you a vital part of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook various dishes according to our menu guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all meals.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to promote teamwork.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
  • Continuously learn and implement new cooking techniques and recipes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a kitchen role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking methods.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Compensation

$17.00 to $22.00 per hour
