Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the restaurant's financial performance, including cash control, inventory management, and labor management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, driving Equity, Inclusion and Belonging behaviors in the restaurant.
  • Identify, recruit, and support the General Manager in the hiring process of exceptional talent.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train employees.
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
