About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including surgical and non-surgical patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in orthopedic care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Missouri
  • At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic or surgical unit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
