About the Role:
The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO/PCL, driving operational excellence and business growth across the organization. This key leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's short- and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders across the organization to evaluate and implement operational efficiencies and alignment across systems, teams, and resources.
• Identify and employ tools and technology that will positively increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Lead business initiatives tied to the client servicing teams, providing management and direction to assigned teams.
• Ensure corporate requirements related to internal audit are tracked and met by processes put in place.
• Enhance alignment, consistent and appropriate communication while helping create synergies with strategic partners and B&B companies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 15+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in a COO role. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and related business tools is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in employee benefits business, experience leading operations teams in a Benefits business, and significant experience leading teams, motivating and coaching high-performing teams.
