About the Role:

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a highly skilled Aegis SI&T Site Manager to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site-specific program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Select test team personnel according to knowledge and experience in area with which program is concerned.
  • Direct and coordinate personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
  • Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 10+ years of ship integration and test, operations management, or related experience.
  • A US DoD Secret security clearance is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navy and Marine Corps Sector.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
