Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced attorney to lead our enterprise compliance function within the Office of General Counsel. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our ethics and compliance program, with oversight of corporate investigations, enterprise risk management, compliance policy, training, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify legal and regulatory risks facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate such risks, including the implementation of effective compliance programs and risk management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures in partnership with other enterprise functions and operations.
  • Provide legal counsel for contract and regulatory compliance issues, including cybersecurity, FAR compliance, global trade compliance, DCAA/DCMA audit, privacy, and industrial security matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 or more years of relevant experience practicing law, and 6 years or more experience practicing in-house, preferably in a corporate legal department of a U.S. government contractor.
  • Experience conducting investigations, developing compliance programs and processes, and providing counsel regarding government contracts legal and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to complex legal issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active member in good standing of a state bar association.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $188,000 USD - $378,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
