We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As an Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develops and implements individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitors and records patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (preferred).
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
