  • Use judgment, common sense, and sensitivity in addressing issues and guest concerns.
  • Build effective relationships with both external (guests and vendors) and internal (team members) stakeholders.
  • Practice clear, concise, and honest communication in both verbal and written formats.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required, college degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
  • Restaurant or food service industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing, walking, and handling for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude required.
