We are in search of a skilled Agile Project Facilitator with at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in leading teams to effectively develop and deliver high-quality products. In this role at InterSources, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our Agile teams adhere to the principles and practices of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Eliminate obstacles hindering the team's progress and shield them from outside disruptions.
  • Guide the team towards self-organization and cross-functionality, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to outline and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Monitor progress through various metrics and provide insights on team performance.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement, teamwork, and transparency.
  • Serve as a supportive leader, facilitating collaboration among team members.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Project Facilitator for a software development team.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and processes.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and facilitate decision-making.
  • Strong grasp of Agile theory, rules, and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with distributed teams is advantageous.
  • A technical background in software development, testing, or project management is preferred.
Soft Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agile development best practices and experience with Scrum.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Quick learner, capable of thriving in ambiguity and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
