Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Randalls. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare batters, dough, fillings, and icings.
  • Operate mixing machines and steam kettles to cook ingredients according to specifications.
  • Role, cut, and shape dough and related products preparatory to baking.
  • Read and follow recipes and other instructions to ensure accurate preparation of products.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights.
